You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable. - How to Initiate a Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. - Refund Process
